  • 500 gm Fish
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp green chili paste
  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup crushed Coriander Seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp jeera powder
  • 1 cup chopped coriander
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying

How to make Yummy Fish Kebabs in Indian style?

  1. Wash the fish first when you get it from the market and dry it. Then in a marination bowl filled with fish pieces add salt and lime. Mix well.
  2. Shallow fry the fish and then after cooling it down, shred it and separate the boneless fish.
  3. In a large container add the crushed boneless fish. To turn it into a mixture add ginger and garlic paste, green chili paste, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, chopped coriander seeds, jeera powder, and chopped whole coriander.
  4. Mix well with the spatula and keep the mixture aside for at least 30 minutes to let all the flavors rise.
  5. In the end, add besan ( gram flour) and chopped onion. Mix well. This onion will add a bit of crunchiness to the kebabs.
  6. Shape the mixture into smaller kebab-like structures. In a skillet heat the oil and test the kebab by adding a single one at first.
  7. After that, deep fry all the kebabs and drain the oil.
  8. Present it to your guests either with tomato sauce or with chutney or both. They will surely adore your effort and the taste you added to this dish.
