- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 teaspoon salt
How to make fried chicken
In a bowl, add and whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
In another large bowl, place chicken pieces add marinade mixture. Mix them well. Marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
Take a deep dish; add flour, cornstarch, paprika, turmeric powder, salt and chili powder if you like.
Now start coating the chicken pieces one by one in the flour mixture. Dip the piece in water and then coat again in the flour mixture. In this way, coat all the chicken pieces.
Heat the oil and deep fry chicken for 5 to 7 minutes on one side. Place them on paper towel before serving.
