  1. Clean, rinse and drain the Oysters and pat dry them using paper towels.
  2. Then you need to bring all the ingredients near you on the shelve in separate containers.
  3. You need blended eggs. Bring flour near you and then keep the bread crumbs near you.
  4. In the crumbs, add some salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet on high heat until is sizzling enough.
  5. Coat the oyster first in the flour and then drop the excess flour by shaking.
  6. Bring the flour-coated oyster and then make a layer of beaten eggs over it.
  7. Bring the egg-coated oysters and put them in the crumbs. Coat them well in the crumbs and then put them aside on a plate.
  8. Drop the oysters one by one in the heated oil and then fry in this hot oil. Stir occasionally to make sure that it gets cooked from all sides and also to attain a good brown color of it.
  9. Once the frying is done, get the oyster out of the oil and drain the oil in the tissues or paper towels.
  10. Repeat the process with all the leftover oysters. Make sure you divide the oysters and fry them in two or three halves for good results.
