Fried Rice Recipe with Egg

Chinese food never gets old no matter how long you have been eating it. The same case is with the Chinese famous Fried rice with eggs that never get old and is always a golden dish for me. I am sure it is special for many of you as well.

Fried rice made with eggs is a blessing. Though some people are usually allergic to eggs and skip them the rice without eggs cannot match the taste of those made with eggs as eggs add a separate charm to your rice.   • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 large sized eggs blended
  • 1 small diced white onion
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 medium-sized chopped carrots
  • 2 large sized eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 3-4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 green onions, diced
  • 4 cups cooked rice

Method to make delicious Fried Rice With Eggs

  1. Whisk in the eggs in a heated saucepan in which you have melted the butter. You need scrambled and jumped eggs. So use the spatula to do it.
  2. Put the cooked eggs aside in a container.
  3. Then put the same pan on the heat and make the addition of a little more butter into it.
  4. Add the veggies one by one to the heated butter and then proceed further. First of all, add the diced onions into it and also add garlic at the same time.
  5. Let this onion garlic paste get cooked for a few minutes. Then add carrots to the cooked onions.
  6. Add some peas to the cooked and softened carrots. The whole mixture can be made flavorful by adding salt and pepper at this point.
  7. Bring the leftover butter and add to it. Wait for it to get melted.
  8. Bring the cooked and chilled rice and add it to the cooked vegetable mixture. Pour some soy sauce and then sprinkle over the diced green onions.
  9. In the end, add the oyster sauce to it.
  10. Let simmer for some more time and then bring the scrambled eggs.
  11. Spread these eggs all over the rice and stir once. At this point add a little sesame oil and mix again.
  12. Transfer the rice to the serving dish and serve. You must serve it hot.
