  • Olives – 100 gram
  • Cherry Tomatoes – 250 grams (halved)
  • Olive oil- 3 tablespoons (Extra Virgin)
  • Salt – 1/8 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – 1/8 teaspoon
  • Oregano – 1/8 teaspoon dried)
  • For the Emulsion
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Water -2 tablespoon
  • Salt- a pinch

Instructions to Make Giuseppe’s Focaccia Recipe

For Dough Preparation

Take a mixing bowl and cast in it bread flour with Italian Double Zero flour

Add cold water and cold milk in a separate bowl. Mix instant yeast in it.

Pour the liquid mixture into the flour blend and combine it gingerly.

Spill in it extra virgin olive oil.

Increase the mixing speed and kneed it for about 10-15 minutes until it forms a rough, bristle but is mixed perfectly.

For Making Topping

Combine in a bowl halved cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, pepper, salt, and dried oregano. Stir well with the help of a spatula and keep it aside.

For Lamination

Just wet your work surfaces a little bit and softly stretch the dough properly upside down from all sides resembling on center.

For Repeated Lamination

Shape the Focaccia

For Creating Dimples and topping
