  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 small-sized onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Heinz Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 8 buns for sandwiches
  • 1 tablespoon Heinz Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions to make amazing Heinz Sloppy Joe

  1. Take a large-sized frying pan and heat some oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough saute then add the chopped onions and diced green peppers to this oil.
  2. Stir fry the veggies and once softened, add beef to the pan. Cook the beef to change its color to a pretty brown color. The cooking period of beef will be 10-12 minutes.
  3. Discard the excess fats from the pan.
  4. In the cooked beef, you have to add sauces and seasonings. Pour the Worcestershire sauce in it.
  5. Add ketchup and then add sugar into it. Sprinkle some salt and pepper for a good flavor.
  6. Lower the heat and simmer the beef. Stir the mixture occasionally.  You need a thickened mixture. Once it is done then you have to assemble your slider.
  7. Take the sandwich buns and assemble them by stuffing the beef in them.
