Sweet snacks like cookies and biscuits are a go-to meal at any part of the day and at any point of time in every household. It is served to the children to satisfy them, to feed the kids, and even to serve with the tea to your elders and the guests.

You can combine two biscuits by stuffing a cream filling in between them to give your biscuits a more fancy look and amazing taste.  Also, this cream can be replaced by chocolate. FAQs?

Why do my biscuits get soft?

When you add extra sugars to your biscuits then this sugar cause the dough to absorb a lot of moisture and as a result the biscuits get soft.

Do we add egg to the biscuits?

Usually, eggs are added to the biscuits to hold the dough together so that it will not fall apart and will stay together. But in this recipe, we have not made the addition of the egg but you can still do so as per choice.
