  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • Vidalia Onion and Vinegar Sauce
  • 1 (5 lb) beef tenderloin, trimmed

Method to make amazing Beef Tenderloin

  1. In a roasting pan, put the tenderloin and coat it with oil. After the oil coat sprinkles pepper and salt over it.
  2. The oven is getting preheated at the required temperature of 500 degrees.
  3. Once the roasting is done, put the tenderloin in the oven and make sure that you have reduced the temperature to 400 degrees.
  4. After about 20-25 minutes, add additional seasonings in the form of salt and pepper.
  5. Now, take it out of the oven and let it stand for 20-25 minutes.
  6. You can serve it either hot or cold but I like to serve hot Tenderloin. To elaborate on the taste serve the beef with the amazing Vidalia Onion and vinegar sauce.
  7. You can drizzle this sauce over the tenderloin and then bake it again for another 15 minutes.
