- 1 (5 lb) beef tenderloin, trimmed
Method to make amazing Beef Tenderloin
- In a roasting pan, put the tenderloin and coat it with oil. After the oil coat sprinkles pepper and salt over it.
- The oven is getting preheated at the required temperature of 500 degrees.
- Once the roasting is done, put the tenderloin in the oven and make sure that you have reduced the temperature to 400 degrees.
- After about 20-25 minutes, add additional seasonings in the form of salt and pepper.
- Now, take it out of the oven and let it stand for 20-25 minutes.
- You can serve it either hot or cold but I like to serve hot Tenderloin. To elaborate on the taste serve the beef with the amazing Vidalia Onion and vinegar sauce.
- You can drizzle this sauce over the tenderloin and then bake it again for another 15 minutes.
