Method to make Vanilla Ice Cream

  1. Take the cooking saucepan and it is better to use a non-stick one. Put the saucepan on the stovetop and then add sugar to the pan.
  2. Sprinkle salt into the pan and make sure that you have poured the cream into it.  Cook for a few minutes and then add the vanilla bean split into it.
  3. Pour the vanilla extract into it at the same time. You can also use one of them as there is no compulsion to use both of them at the same time.
  4. Keep the flame medium while cooking. You will see that the sugar will melt eventually.
  5. Once the sugar is melted completely, pour some cream into it and also add some more vanilla extract at the same.
  6. Bring the spatula to stir. Stir really well until everything is combined.
  7. Once enough is cooled, put the cooked mixture in the refrigerator.
  8. Then take it out of the refrigerator, you must separate the vanilla bean pod out of the mixture. Bring an ice cream mixer and transfer the mixture into it.
