Hot and Sour Soup Recipe

  • 3 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded chicken, boiled
  • 150 gram shredded cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons crushed red chili paste
  • Oil for frying

Method to make the Hot and Sour Soup

  1. Take a medium-sized cooking skillet and add a little oil to it.
  2. Put your chicken in the heated skillet and start cooking. Season up this chicken by sprinkling salt in it.
  3. You need to add some spices like red chili powder and white pepper. Pour some soy sauce and also add some chili paste.
  4. Pour some more vinegar and add some ketchup into it.
  5. Cook and wait for your mixture to get to a boil. In this boiled and spiced chicken mixture, add some of the carrots into it.
  6. Bring your shredded cabbage and add it to your mixture.
  7. For five more minutes, continue cooking. When all the vegetables are merged with the chicken, you need to thicken up your mixture.
  8. For thickening your mixture, make a paste with corn flour and water and add to your mixture.
  9. Take a small-sized bowl and blend the eggs in this bowl. After lowering your heat, transfer the blended eggs into your soup.
