Method to make the Hot and Sour Soup
- Take a medium-sized cooking skillet and add a little oil to it.
- Put your chicken in the heated skillet and start cooking. Season up this chicken by sprinkling salt in it.
- You need to add some spices like red chili powder and white pepper. Pour some soy sauce and also add some chili paste.
- Pour some more vinegar and add some ketchup into it.
- Cook and wait for your mixture to get to a boil. In this boiled and spiced chicken mixture, add some of the carrots into it.
- Bring your shredded cabbage and add it to your mixture.
- For five more minutes, continue cooking. When all the vegetables are merged with the chicken, you need to thicken up your mixture.
- For thickening your mixture, make a paste with corn flour and water and add to your mixture.
- Take a small-sized bowl and blend the eggs in this bowl. After lowering your heat, transfer the blended eggs into your soup.
