INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • A cup of vanilla protein powder
  • 2(14-ounce) cans of coconut milk
  • 1-2 tablespoon granulated sweetener or dates or honey

Method to make Yummy Protein Ice Cream

  1. First of all, you have to chill the loaf pan. So put it in the freezer to fulfill the purpose.
  2. Then you need a food blender or a food processor to mix your ingredients. Blend the coconut milk in it individually until it turns into a smoothie-like texture and retains all the creaminess.
  3. As you are making the protein ice cream, you have to add protein powder to it.
  4. For sweetness add a little quantity of granulated sugar. You can also substitute the sugar with honey but I would suggest you go for dates as they make the ice cream more flavorful.
  5. Blend all the ingredients well to get the required textured blend. Have you poured the vanilla extract into it? If not then it’s time to add this magical ingredient to your ice cream blend.
  6. Once the processing is done, submit the mixture to the chilled loaf pan.
  7. Freeze for half an hour and then take it out for a good mix. Freeze for another half an hour and repeat the process. Then finally freeze it before serving.
  8. Before serving you have to scoop the protein ice cream. You should make the ice cream scoop wet and then scoop it into the serving cup.
