INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour/ corn starch
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp rose extract
  • 2 tbsp rose syrup
  • 1 cup of gulkand
  • Half a tablespoon of cardamom powder

Process of making Yummy Icecream At home

  1. To prepare the base of your ice cream, take a big mixing bowl and add fresh cream in it along with two cups of fresh or condensed milk.
  2. Beat the mixture to get the two ingredients to dissolve in each other nicely.
  3. Add the rose syrup and rose extract slowly into the blended mixture and fold it inside the cream and milk. Mix until the mixture gets thick.
  4. Add the cup of gulkand in this mixture together with the cardamom powder and fold it again.
  5. Take a loaf pan and pour your rose mixture into this pan. Even the surface from the top.
  6. Drizzle some rose syrup and some crushed dry fruits and nuts for garnishing.
  7. Cover the top of this loaf pan with the foil wrap and freeze in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 10-12 hours.
  8. After the required time, get it by your side, scoop it in your ice cream cups or bowls and enjoy your ice cream. Have it Cold.
  9. You can also use any kind of fruit, that is blended in your mixture to make your homemade ice cream.
  10. Serve your ice cream to your siblings to make them happy.
