  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Freshly grounded black pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces of thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup sweet Marsala
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces halved porcini mushroom
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock

Method to make amazing Chicken Marsala

  1. Flatten the chicken breasts by beating them with some equipment from your kitchen until they get flat to the required thickness.
  2. On a flat plate, combine the all-purpose flour with the salt and pepper and mix using a spoon or fork.
  3. In a large-sized pot, you need to heat the oil for frying. So add enough oil to the skillet and heat it. bring the chicken, coat both sides of it well in the flour mixture, and then put the breasts in the heated oil in the skillet.
  4. Flip the chicken in between frying to get both sides done. Once cooked, set the chicken aside while covered so that it will remain warm.
  5. In a pan heat a little oil and add the mushrooms called prosciutto mushrooms. Stir fry them for a minute as you want them browned to a little extent.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper over your mushrooms.
  7. In the pan mixture, add the Marsala and let boil. Now Pour the chicken stock into the mixture and then add the melted butter into it. Your sauce is ready after simmering for a few minutes. Now add the cooked chicken to the pan and cook with the rest.
  8. Add some more salt or pepper if needed and top the dosh with the chopped parsley.
  9. Serve hot and have fun!
