How to make Jackson Vanilla Wafer Banana Pudding?
- Bring a heavy bottom saucepan and mix in flour with sugar.
- Gradually, add in the raw milk. Now cook the mixture at low heat until the solution gets thick and comes to a boil.
- Get a small bowl and beat eggs in it with a hand blender or an electric one. I will go for the electric one as it makes the mixture smooth and well combined.
- Then stir the beaten egg yolks as a whole in the saucepan. Boil for 2-5 minutes. Then turn off the heat.
- Combine the vanilla essence with this mixture.
- Take a small mixing bowl and beat the egg whites with the blender until it gets fluffy.

- Pour in the cooked mixture and spread the top with the fluffy and beaten egg white.
- Bake your pudding mixture in the oven for 15-20 minutes. After baking and air, cooling let it get chilled in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish just however you like it to be with chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc.
