The Jamaican pepper steak is a tasty dish made with beef stripes and bell peppers. It is a Jamaican stir-fried dish usually served with white rice. It is a flavorful and colorful recipe and the perfect meal for dinner.
Sirloin and top round cuts are used for Jamaican pepper steak and these cuts need more cooking than prime cut. Usually, the beef takes 30-40 minutes to cook until it is tender.
The 3 different colorful capsicums make this savory beef dish so attractive. The soy sauce makes the dish flavorful and seasons the beef pretty well. The spice and hotness come to the dish from hot pepper sauce.
