Ingredients
- 1/4 onion minced
- 16 Oz mushrooms, stuffing or button work well
- 8 oz Gruyere Cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced Parsley
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Pimento stuffed Spanish Olives
Method to Make Johnny Carino’s Stuffed Mushrooms
Bring the olives and chop them. You should also grate the Gruyere cheese in the beginning.
Bring the mushrooms and remove the stem of all these mushrooms.
In a bowl add the grated Cheese and the cream cheese at the same time. Bring the chopped olives and throw them into the mixture.
Pour the Worcestershire sauce into the mixture and sprinkle the salt and pepper into it.
Bring the mushroom caps and stuff them with the prepared filling.
Bring the baking sheet and put all the stuffed mushrooms on the baking pan.
As the oven is already preheated, you have to bake the mushrooms for 10-12 minutes. Do the baking and then you will see the mushrooms are browned from the top.
Once baked, let the air cool and top with the parsley. Then serve.
