King Taco Red Salsa Recipe

Kind Taco red salsa is a spicy sausage that is served as a side dish to your main dishes like fries, roasted chicken, tacos, or any other fried food. The salsa is spicy enough to tolerate as red pepper is added to it. The addition of garlic and onion adds a good pop of relish to this sauce.

King Taco red salsa is a famous sauce for ages and I have been making it till the first time I tried it in a restaurant. I use this sauce with every dish I like to enhance its taste and to increase the fun of my favorite food.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound red chili
  • 4 large-sized tomato
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 3 Chipotle Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of Chipotle sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium-sized lemons
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 4 cups of water

Steps to make King Taco Red Salsa

  1. Bring all the ingredients mentioned near to you on your kitchen shelf.
  2. Dice the tomatoes into cubes for boiling.
  3. Grab a pan and put it on the stovetop for boiling the tomatoes. Pour some water into it.
  4. Then add the tomatoes to the pan filled with water. Also as we have to boil their chilies add them to water along with the tomatoes.
  5. Boil the two ingredients on high flame. Continue boiling for 10-15 minutes at least or perfect results.
  6. Then you will need an electric blender to blend the ingredients.
  7. Once the boiled mixture is cool enough, add it to the blender and blend until a smooth paste is formed.
  8. After blending the boiled mixture, add the rest of the ingredients including onion, all sorts of peppers, Chipotle pepper and sauce, and garlic powder. Also, add in salt and garlic cloves.
  9. Give a good blend and in the end add the bouillon along with the squeezed lemon juice.
  10. Do not over blend and take the sauce out of the blender.
  11. Serve the red Taco Salsa with your favorite fried dishes.

You can store the King Taco Red Salsa for one month at least if refrigerated. Keep it in a closed container in your fridge and it will taste good for 30 days.

Can we add tomato ketchup to this red salsa?

The actual King Taco Salsa recipe does not include the addition of ketchup but you can add it according to your choice and I think it will give a good chunk of flavor to your salsa.
