Knorr Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

Knorr Chicken Fried Rice is a healthy way of indulging in rice and vegetables. These are the most famous Italian fried rice made with Knorr powder for a subtle flavor in your rice. I have made these Italian Knorr Fried rice with my favorite seasonings for a few years. INGREDIENTS

  • 3 whisked eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 250-gram chicken fillets
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 kg rice (soaked and boiled)
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon knorr chicken powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 3/4 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chopped Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tablespoon white pepper powder

Method to Make the Knorr Chicken Fried Rice

Put the cooking skillet on the stovetop and then pour oil into it.

Add eggs into the skillet and crumble them using the spatula.

Pour more cooking oil and make an addition of the minced garlic. Make sure that the garlic turns brown after frying.

In the next step, add the sliced chicken to the mixture.

Then you have to add the vegetables. Add the Capsicum into the pot and then add carrots to it. The addition of cabbage follows these.

 

Sprinkle the salt and sugar into the mixture, then add the boiled rice.

Next, add the leftover seasonings like black pepper, white pepper, chicken powder, soy sauce, and vinegar. Use your spatula to mix well.

Then, in the end, add the green onions at the top and garnish the rice with the green leaves.
