Delicious Knorr Soupy Noodles Recipe

The Knorr Soupy Noodles is an amazing recipe that has all the goodness of vegetable soup with the fun of noodles. Soupy Noodles are spicy and tasty and a fun evening meal for the whole family.

Adding corn, cabbage, capsicum, onion, carrot, and tomato make this recipe extra healthy and colorful. Chinese seasoning, Knorr noodles masala powder, and soy sauce provide the aromatic flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 Knorr soupy noodles (pack of 4 noodles)
  • 1/2 cup purple cabbage cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup carrots cut into thin long slices
  • 1/2 cup capsicum cut into thin long slices
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 1 tomato cut into small pieces
  • 2 onion cut into slices
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 6 cloves of garlic chopped fine
  • 2 green chilies chopped fine
  • 1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Chinese seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1-2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp lemon
  • 2 tbsp spring onion greens
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Some potato chips/sticks for garnish (optional)

How to make soupy noodles

Heat oil in a pan or kadai, add chopped onion, green chilies, ginger and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add black pepper, turmeric powder, and salt and mix well.

Add chopped tomatoes and vegetables and cook for a few minutes on high flame. Keep stirring.

Add soya sauce and Chinese seasoning and mix well. Take some cooked vegetables on a plate and keep them aside for garnishing.

Now, add the required quantity of water according to the pack instructions. Add knorr noodles masala powders and mix well.

When the water starts boiling, add noodles and let them cook until done. Keep stirring in between and add a little water if it gets very thick.

When the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat and add chopped coriander leaves and spring onions. Pour the soupy noodles into a serving bowl.

Garnish with sautéed vegetables and potato chips if you like. Serve immediately.
