  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate the marinated material for an hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Then after an hour put the marinated material in the baking dish and cook in the oven. Cook both sides one by one and give 10 minutes to each side for proper broiling.
  5. Avoid overcooking and wait until the London broil is tenderized from the inside.
  6. The broil will be turned pink from the inside once cooked.
  7. Then take it out from the oven and let stand for 15-20 minutes so that it can settle properly.
