Method to make La Mere Poulard Omelette Recipe

  1. Break into eggs in a medium-sized clean bowl and blend. Then bring two more eggs and only add the egg yolks into these blended eggs.
  2. Blend the eggs together really well. Keep the speed of the blender low while blending.
  3. Then make an addition of the creme fraiche in the blended eggs. Blend again for 4- 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle the pepper and salt in your egg and creme fraiche mixture.
  5. The separate egg whites are whipped in the next step. Once whipped, it is added to the other egg and fraiche mixture.
  6. Bring heavy-bottomed nonstick frying and add butter to it. Wait for the butter to get melted.
  7. In the melted and heated butter, add the egg mixture. Cook the mixture while you have lowered the heat under the pan.
  8. In between the cooking, add the cheese if you are using it.
  9. Then add the Mushrooms and Lardons to your omelet to make it luscious.
