- Half a cup of unsalted butter
- 4 Ripened bananas, already peeled and mashed

- To bake the bread, the 350-degree temperature is suitable to preheat the oven.
- Bring a loaf pan and use the cooking spray to spray this pa. Line the parchment paper on the floor of the pan.
- Cream the butter and then blend the sugar in this creamed butter. Break the eggs into the sugar-butter blend. The blending of eggs in it changes its color and it will also get a little thick.
- Then add the mashed bananas which are the main ingredients for the bread. Blend the bananas and eventually get a nice textured batter.
- Then it’s time to mix the powdered ingredients into your delicious blend. Combine the flour in it and then sprinkle salt into it.
- Mix in the baking powder and baking soda. Avoid overmixing. In the last step, pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake your bread for 50 minutes.
- Once your 50 minutes are completed, open the oven and brush the top of the bread using melted butter. Layer the chopped Macadamia at the top and bake for another 10 minutes.

Why the banana bread does not rise properly?
Due to the too much high or lesser quantity of baking powder added to the batter banana bread does not rise. Reduce the quantity if you have added more or increase the quantity if you have added a little.
Why does my bread break after baking?
The holding agent added to the bread in less quantity causes the bread to break. Add another egg and then the previous recipe to stop your bread from breaking as the egg is the combining agent.
