  2. Cook and wait until all the chocolate is melted in the pan. The temperature for the chocolate to get melted is at least 115 degrees. Keep the flame medium while boiling the water and melting the chocolate.
  3. Once all the chocolate has melted, turn the heat off and let the chocolate cool until you can taste it by licking your finger.
  4. As your potato chips are all ready to get coated. Dip the potato chips one by one in the melted cooled chocolate and coat well from all sides.
  5. Put them in the dish gently one by one and once done, refrigerate them before serving.
