Lean and Green Salmon Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon fresh Dill
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 bag of fresh Asparagus
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 2 Salmon Fillets

Method to Make The Lean and Green Salmon

Bring the celery, wash it, and clean it. You must remove the stems and then they should be peeled. After chopping the celery it should be dipped in hot water for some time.

Then add some garlic into the pan along with the oil and then pour soy sauce into it. Stir fry the diced celery in the pan and end shower the sesame seeds over it.

Then to prepare the salmon, bring the salmon use paper towels to dry it out, and then sprinkle the black pepper and salt for seasoning it.

In the pan, pour some water and add the fresh dill along with the minced garlic into it. Bring the seasoned salmon and add it to the pan.

Fry each side of the salmon for a few minutes and then flip to cook it from all sides. Make sure to cook properly and you can check if it is cooked by pricking it with the fork. Once cooked, put it aside. It’s time to treat the asparagus. Bring it and dice it into smaller pieces.

Add to a clean bowl, and combine it with the garlic. Pour oil into it, and sprinkle the salt and pepper.

Once done cook it in the same cooking pan. Put the salmon on the serving plate, squeeze some lemon on it and sprinkle with asparagus, and spread the cooked celery all over it.
