Maggiano’s Chicken Piccata Recipe

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of capers drained
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Method to Make maggiano’s Chicken Piccata

Firstly you have to slice the chicken and you have to beat it from the top to flatten the chicken.

 

Bring the seasonings including the salt and pepper and sprinkle them over the chicken. Bring the olive oil, pour it into the large-sized saucepan, and then keep the heat medium. Once the oil is heated you should add butter into it and wait for the butter to get melted.

Put the chicken slices into the pan and fry them one by one. Once the chicken gets golden brown, keep it aside.

Bring the large cooking skillet and pour the stock into it. Sprinkle the seasonings to season it up and then you must wait for it to get boiled.

Then add the Capers into the skillet and add butter to it. Sprinkle more salt and pepper.

Now bring the cooked chicken, add it to the pan, and drizzle the cooked thickened sauce over it.

Sprinkle the Parsley at the top of it and then Serve.
