Vegetable Manchurian is a legendary kind of Manchurian. It is a kind of vegetable kofta. Vegetarians love to eat Manchurian. It includes vegetables like capsicum, cabbage, and carrots. It also adds a Manchurian sauce to the recipe to enhance the taste.

Ingredients For Balls

  • 1 cup Capsicum
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 2-3 finely chopped green chilies
  • tablespoon black paper
  • Pinch of Ajinomoto
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • Oil

 Ingredients For Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 1 ½ tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 ½ tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 or 4 green chilies
  • Vegetable stalk
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • Corn flour

Method to prepare Vegetable Manchurian

  1. Boil all the vegetables. Take a pan and boil water. Add all the vegetables to boiling water. Keep in mind that vegetables should not get much soft, and a little crunch should be left in them. Strain all water from vegetables. Use vegetable stalk for sauce.
  2. Then add all the ingredients like green chilies, salt, Ajinomoto, black paper, coriander leaves.
  3. Mix them well. Make small balls and set them aside.
  4. Heat oil and add Manchurian balls to it.
  5. Fry them

FOR SAUCE

  1. Take a pan to add oil to it.
  2. Add ginger, green chilies, soya sauce, etc.
  3. Add cornflour and mix with it that there will be no lumps left.
  4. Add black pepper, coriander leaves, salt, and Ajinomoto. Also, add ketchup for a pop of red color.
  5. When it starts boiling add balls. Make thick gravy.
  6. Lower the flame.
  7. Serve it hot.
