INGREDIENTS
- 6 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 4 large-sized eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method to make amazing Fudge brownies
- Take a medium-sized saucepan and put it on the stovetop. At low flame, heat the saucepan and add the butter in it along with unsweetened chocolate.
- Cook until all the chocolate and butter get melted properly.
- Beat eggs separately in a bowl using an electric mixer or blender.
- In these blended eggs add the sugar and whisk well until all the sugar dissolves in the egg mixture. Add the melted chocolate in the saucepan to this egg mixture.
- Pour vanilla extract into this whole mixture. Stir everything well using a spoon or a hand mix. It’s better to use an electric blender.
- In the next step add flour to this mixture and thoroughly whisk. A thick batter is obtained as a result.
- Transfer the stirred mixture to the greased baking pan and also sprinkle the chocolate chip over the entire layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes and then check by inserting a toothpick in the center if completely baked or not.
- Cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for some time.
- Slice and serve after refrigeration.
