  • 2 pounds Kale
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2  Chorizo Sausage
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 can Cannelloni Beans
  • 1/3 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  1. Heat olive oil in the pan. Chop the chorizo and stir fry in the heated olive oil. Add chopped onion with the minced garlic into the oil and simmer all three for 10 minutes at least for a well-cooked mixture.
  2. Now you have to prepare the Kale. For this purpose, rinse the Kale and separate the leafy portions. Make bite-sized pieces of it. Pour the chicken broth into the cooked sausage with the onion-garlic paste.
  3. After boiling it add the Kale along with potatoes in it. Now again boil and Simmer for half an hour.
  4. Now add the Cannelloni beans to it and cook for some time.
  5. To serve your Kale soup, you can pair it up with the chowder cracker or Portuguese rolls.
