Olga’s Snackers Recipe is a bit long recipe as you have to prepare the bread and the seasonings first and then make the snackers out of these two. Olga’s snackers are a favorite meal at all of my adult gatherings.

The stay time of the recipe is also long as you have to give enough time to the bread to get settled and to adopt the required smooth texture. These snacks are fun to have at movie nights and cousin gatherings.
INGREDIENTS
For Bread
- 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 cup vitamin D milk
- 1 large-sized egg
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoon Honey
- 4 tablespoon Margarine
- 1 tablespoon rising yeas
For Olga’s Snacker Seasoning
- 3 pinches cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 3/4 tablespoon celery seeds
- 6 tablespoons grated Milano’s Romano Cheese
- 3 tablespoon paprika
- 4 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 3/4 tablespoon grounded black pepper
Method to make the Olga’s Snackers
For making Olga’s bread
- Take a saucepan and pour milk into it. Wait until it is boiled. Then take a glass bowl a suitable size and pour honey into the bowl.
- You must add the margarine to the honey at the same time. Stir both of them together and then pour the boiled milk into them.
- Sprinkle some salt to properly season it. Stir well until combined.
- Then you must take a bowl and after pouring the warm water in this bowl add the yeast in it. Also, mix sugar to get it dissolved in water.
- The yeast will rise.
- Moving again toward the milk mixture, add some flour to it.
- You should also break an egg into the risen yeast mixture and use the hand whisk to blend it well in the yeast mixture.
- Now combine the two mixtures and knead the dough until smooth and soft. Take a bowl, brush it with oil and keep the dough in it for using it later.
- Now that the dough is enough risen after the required staying period, flatten the dough and then make the bread slices out of it by cutting it.
- Put a skillet over the stovetop and cook the bread slices. Wait for them to get browned and then turn off the heat.
To prepare the seasoning
- To prepare Olga’s seasoning you just have to bring a large-sized bowl and add the ingredients into it one by one.
- Firstly combine the cayenne pepper with garlic powder and salt and then mix the sesame seeds and poppy seeds with it. Sprinkle some black pepper into it. Then it is the turn to add cheese to it. Mix well after adding the cheese.
- Sprinkle paprika in the end and keep it aside.
How to make Olga’s Snackers
- Bring the cooked bread slices and use a sharp knife to make triangles out of these cooked bread slices.
- Now bring the olive oil and brush it over the sliced bread triangles. Use the prepared Olga’s seasoning to season these triangles.
- Now put the prepared triangles in the oven and continue baking for 4-5 minutes.
- Your spicy and crispy Olga’s Snackers are ready to serve.

Can we reheat Olga’s bread?
You can just reheat the bread in the oven for a few minutes only when you have stored it in tight packing as this will keep the moisture locked in it.
