- 1/2 cup Maida (refined flour)
- 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Method To Prepare Delicious Pancakes
- In the very beginning, take a bowl and sift Maida, wheat flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
- Sifting is necessary otherwise your batter will not get that smoothness. And small patches or dirt will be left in them.
- Add milk slowly to the mixture.
- Beat two eggs well with an electric beater or hand beater.
- Add beaten eggs in the batter and mix it well, Make sure that there are no lumps left in the mixture.
- The batter is ready.
- Heat non-stick pan or tawa on medium flame.
- Put oil in it. After that pour ladles full of batter and spread this batter in a round shape.
- Cook until one side gets golden brown, flip, and do the same for another side.
- Drizzle honey and put 1 cube of butter on the top.
- Serve quickly after drizzling it with your favorite toppings. Put some cherries at the top.
