  • 2 sticks softened, unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons cocoa

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 box confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 bag of miniature marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoon dried vanilla extract

  1. To make the delicious mud cake, you have to preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Take a baking pan and grease it using butter, oil, or cooking spray. Then dust some flour on the greased pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix the sugar with flour and add salt into the combination of these two.
  4. In a saucepan bring a mixture of butter, and cocoa powder along with the oil to a boil after pouring some water into it. Once boiled, add it to the flour and sugar mixture.
  5. Now in a separate glass bowl, break and beat the eggs separately and then add the baking soda and pour the buttermilk into it. Add a little vanilla extract and pour again.
