- Take a frying pan, heat some butter, and stir the chopped onions in it. Also, add garlic and fry it along with the onions.
- Add the flour to this butter and vegetable mixture once the onion is softened. Stir the flour to blend it thoroughly I the butter.

- Let cook for some time to get a super bubbly and smooth mixture. Pour the cream while stirring constantly.
