- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup peanut butter, creamy
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup sugars
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- Some chocolate chips to shower
- As you already know you first have to turn on the oven and preheat it at 350 degrees F.
- Now for making your batter or dough, in a medium bowl mix flour and baking soda, and salt. Mix these dry ingredients properly with each other. Use a hand mixer for the purpose and do it slowly so that the powder doesn’t blow out.
- In another blending bowl, mix the sugars and blend. Add a cup of butter in it and mix again to form a paste.
- Mix this paste with the powdered flour mixture and blend. Make sure no patches and small balls are formed in this thick mixture.
- Furthermore, add eggs and beat them in the mixture. Then add peanut butter cream and vanilla.
- Mix the whole material in a good manner for a great fusion. Shower some chocolate chips in the mixture. After blending this cookie mixture, it’s time to bake.
- Roll your dough into small biscuits sized cookies. Grease the baking pans and put parchment paper over them. Greasing is necessary so that your cookie will not stick to the pan.
- But before baking use a fork to make criss-cross patterns at the top of cookies and also sprinkle some chocolate chips at the top.
- Fill the baking dishes with the dough cookies one by one and then bake it for at least 15-20 minutes or until it gains a golden-brown crust.

Does flattening the cookie is necessary?
If the cookies are not flattened with the fork patterns they will not be baked evenly and spread out. Due to this flattening, they rise in a perfect shape of a biscuit.
