Tasty Coffee Cream by Pioneer Woman

Coffee is a pleasure to indulge in after lunch, but when summer arrives, the desire to taste it often decreases: too hot!

How to recharge your batteries without a good espresso? A good shaken coffee or a tasty coffee cream like the one we want to tempt you with in this recipe!

Of course we agree that turning on the oven in the summer is really challenging, but do you want to add the incurable need to accompany the cream with some biscuits?

After several attempts we have decreed those without gluten the most suitable for consistency but also for flavor, as they are very tasty and aromatic! It will not be necessary to reach the nearest bar under the house, perhaps still closed!

Stay cool after lunch and make your own coffee cream with just a few ingredients and in a few simple steps! Invite your friends to cool off by serving cold coffee cream for a sweet snack!

Please note that this recipe is inspired by Pioneer Woman’s Coffee recipe with little variations.

Ingredients

Mocha coffee 70 g

Sugar 40 g

Fresh liquid cream 300 g

How to prepare the Coffee Cream

To prepare the coffee cream, first prepare the coffee with the mocha, you will need 70 g. Then pour the sugar inside and stir to make it melt. Let the coffee cool down and in the meantime pour the fresh liquid cream into a very cold bowl.

Start assembling it with an electric mixer and as soon as it is semi-whipped (i.e. as soon as it begins to have a creamier consistency) add the previously sweetened and cooled coffee, pouring it flush over the cream while continuing to run the electric whips.

Continue to work the mixture until everything is whipped completely. Then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving your coffee cream. You can serve it in small glasses and accompany it with coffee beans covered with chocolate!

Notes

The coffee cream can be stored for one day in the refrigerator. Freezing is not recommended.

You can sprinkle your coffee cream with ground cinnamon or bitter cocoa!
