Caesar salad dressing
Ingredients
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard (5 g)
2 anchovies
The juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce (5 g)
½ loaf of stale bread
1 cup of olive oil (250 ml)
½ clove of peeled garlic
Parmesan flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Prepare croutons by cutting the stale bread into cubes . Arrange it on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and salt and bake for about 15 minutes. When they are golden and crunchy, remove them.
Crush the garlic and anchovies in a mortar, until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
Add the mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper to the mortar.
Continue to mix, adding the oil slowly, until you get a sauce with a consistency similar to mayonnaise.

Preparation
Crush the garlic in a mortar and then the rest of the ingredients.
Stir until you get a smooth sauce.

Ingredients
1 ounce of fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (30 ml)
1/2 teaspoon of pepper (3 g)
1 teaspoon of chia seeds (5 g)
1/2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (5 ml)
1 teaspoon of brown sugar (5 g)
Salt to taste
Preparation
Cut the strawberries and leave them to macerate with the vinegar and sugar, at least for 10 minutes.
Add the other ingredients and blend until a smooth sauce is obtained.
