Pioneer Woman Sour Cream Pancakes

1 cup Sour Cream

2 whole Large Eggs

7 tbsp. All-purpose Flour

2 tbsp. Sugar

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Butter, For Frying and Serving

Warm Syrup, For Serving

Cooking method

In a small bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

Whisk eggs and vanilla together in a small bowl and set aside.

Now in a medium bowl, stir the sour cream and all dry ingredients together. Mix them until combined then add eggs mixture and mix until just combined.

Melt some butter in a pan over a medium-low heat. Drop a ¼ cup of batter in the pan and cook. Cook on first side until small bubbles start to form on the surface and edges starting to brown. Then flip the pancake and cook the other side for a minute.

Your pancakes are ready to be enjoyed. Serve them with butter and syrup.
