Potato Salad Recipe from Pioneer Woman

The potato salad is a delicate and delicious side dish, suitable to accompany meat or fish main courses.

Delicate mustard 1 tsp

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

How to prepare potato salad

To prepare the potato salad, start by boiling the peeled potatoes in salted water (it will take about 30 minutes, although the time will vary depending on the size of the potatoes). Then drain and let them cool.

Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by mixing the yogurt with the mustard, mayonnaise, chopped chives and parsley. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste. When the potatoes have cooled, peel them, cut them into cubes and place them in a bowl. You can mash potatoes if you like.

Season the boiled potatoes with this tasty sauce, mixing them well. Place the potato salad in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving it, in this way the potatoes will flavour!

Note:

To enrich your potato salad, giving it an even stronger flavour, add two very finely sliced ​​fresh onions!
