Puff Pastry Cups Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 2 packs puff pastry cups (frozen)
  • 2 cups torn baby spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Cooking Oil Spray

How to make puff pastry cups

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Grease a 12 cup baking tray with cooking oil spray.

Place puff pastry cups in the baking tray and bake for 18 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and place the puff pastry cups on a cooling rack. Let them cool for 5 minutes.

Now, take a large bowl, and mix spinach, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix them well. Then add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix them until combined.

While the puff pastry cups are cooling down, put the spinach and cheese mixture in the oven for just 2 minutes and stir well.

Add spinach and cheese mixture to cups. Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve.
