- 1 packet Rice a Roni, fried rice
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 1 carrot
- Chicken breast pieces, boneless
- 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Rice a Roni fried rice?
- Unite rice with margarine in a large pan and heat at low flame for at least 2 minutes or until browned.
- Now pour water and stir. Then add all the seasoning for flavor and cook for at least 15 minutes. You can add a splash of water from time to time to prevent sticking.
- While rice is cooking, fry all the veggies in another pan including peas, carrots, and onions until they tenderize. Also, add the jumbled eggs to it.
- Then combine all the fried veggies and eggs with the rice. Also, shred the boiled chicken and add the rest of the ingredients. For seasoning, you can use salt and black pepper and stir well.
- Fry for some time, and then Serve by topping it with green onions.
