Method to make Ricos Nacho Cheese Recipe
- On the stovetop, put a saucepan and melt butter in this saucepan.
- You should melt the butter at a medium-high speed so that it will not burn.
- Once done add the corn starch to it. This will form a thick paste inside the saucepan.
- After cooking the pasta for two minutes, pour milk into the pan and stir. Cook until it gets consistent just like a sauce.
- Then to perform the next step, add the 2 tablespoons of cream cheese to the milk along with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add in the Taco seasoning and also pour the hot sauce into it. Whisk well and stir constantly for a few minutes.
- Pour in some more milk if required and then Serve your cheese sauce either warm or air cold.
