The process to make Luscious Angel Hair Pasta with Herbs

  1. Boil the angel hair pasta in a large pot that is filled with water. Do not drain the pasta as it will be cooked in herb butter.
  2. In a large frying skillet, after melting the butter, and when it is heated enough at low flame, add the minced shallots into the butter.
  3. After frying for a few minutes, saute the garlic with the shallots. At the same time add the dried basil,  parsley, and chives.
  4. In the end, throw in the rosemary and season the whole meal with salt. Your mixture is ready for the boiled pasta to be added to it.
  5. Take the help of the kitchen tongs and combine the boiled angel hair pasta from the cooking pot to the skillet. Shower the grated Parmesan on the whole mixture in the skillet.
  6. Pour some of the cooking pasta water and use a spatula to stir the pasta in the rest. Cook a little to make a thin layer of sauce around the pasta and you are done.
  7. Serve the angel hair pasta while hot.
