Method to make delicious Rosa Marina Soup

  1. Take a large-sized saucepan and pour some of the olive oil into it.
  2. Chop the onion and also chop the carrots at the same time. In the heated oil, add the chopped onions.
  3. After stir-frying the onions, add the minced garlic into it. Fry the carrots into this onion-garlic mixture. Wait for these veggies to get softened.
  4. To add flavor to the veggie mixture, sprinkle some salt and also add pepper at this point.
  5. Sprinkle some thyme and also add basil to it. Stir well using your spatula.
  6. In this seasoned veg mixture, add the tomato puree and let it simmer after pouring the chicken stock into this mixture.
  7. Once the whole dish is boiled, continue simmering for 15-20 minutes at least.
  8. Once simmered enough, add your diced spinach into it and also add the chicken. Add more seasonings including salt and pepper.
  9. Then boil some water and cook your Rosa Marina in this boiled water. You must follow the rules and subscriptions written on the package.
