INGREDIENTS
- 1 small mixed greens
- 1 small sliced cucumber
- 1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small Roma Tomato or grape tomatoes
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/8 cup French Fried Onions
- 1/8 cup fully cooked meat (chicken or bacon)
- 1/8 cup shredded Jack cheese
- 3 battered Chicken Tenders or grilled chicken breasts
For Egg Rolls
- 6 cups cabbage shredded
- 1 medium-sized carrot, shredded
- 1 celery stalk diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/8 tablespoon garlic powder
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 egg beaten
- Corn starch
- 20 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable for frying

- To do some prep work, firstly boil the eggs, let them cool, and peel them.
- Then wash and rinse the bed of mixed greens.
- Bake the bacon for 15 minutes and make it crispy. Chop it into the required size.
- Now cook the chicken breast after marinating with the seasonings you want to add to your chicken. You can either bake it, grill it or fry it on the stovetop.
- Now assemble the salad first by mixing the chicken and bacon and then spread the cheese over it. Mix in the chopped onions. Add the sliced grape tomatoes and cucumbers, Rinsed greens should also be added.
- Mix well. You can add cream or use a ready-made dressing to toss your salad in it.
- Your amazing Zaxby’s salad is ready. Now you have to prepare the egg rolls to serve with the salad.
For making rolls
- Mix all the ingredients like onion, cabbage, carrot, shrimp, and all the remaining seasonings. Stir fry a beaten egg in a frying pan mixed the fried, chopped egg with the cabbage mixture.
- Spread the cornstarch over the mixture. Make a slurry by mixing cornstarch in water.
- Stuff the mixture in the egg roll wraps and use the slurry to seal the sides. In a skillet after heating a lot of vegetables deep fry the rolls.
- Serve the egg rolls with the deliciously dressed Zaxby’s salad.

Can we bake the egg rolls?
It is better to fry the egg rolls so that the warps will get crispy enough and the whole material will be well cooked. But you can also bake the egg rolls in the oven.
Can we add cheese to the egg rolls?
Cheese is usually avoided to be added to the egg rolls. Egg rolls are salad and egg-based and as cheese is added to the salad so we do not add it to the egg rolls. But you can do as per choice.
