Sara Lee Carrot Cake Recipe

The carrot cake is a dessert that most people like to make on occasions but I like to make this cake the whole year round. This is the easiest recipe for carrot cake. The cake is moist, soft, and topped with cream cheese frosting.

I used the walnuts and raisins in the cake but if you do not like them, you can skip them. The homemade frosting is super delicious and easy to make. Follow the steps given in the recipe to get the perfect result.
