I personally had a great experience trying the Sharwoods Tikka Masala and I have been a big fan since day one. Due to this craziness, I had to try it with my own hands and as I was beautifully successful so now I have brought the same authentic recipe for you guys to try and have fun with.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 80 g Sharwoods tikka masala Paste
  • 600g Diced Chicken
  • 400g chopped tinned tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon double cream

Method to make amazing Tikka Masala

  1. In a deep frying pan, heat some oil and stir fry one chopped onion in this heated oil. Continue to do so until the onions are softened.
  2. In this fried onion whisk the tikka masala paste that belongs to Sharwoods.
  3. Also, add the diced chicken to the pan and mix everything well. Fry for some time until the chicken is cooked through in the spices.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes to this cooked chicken and wait until the mixture is boiled. Let the whole dish sizzle for 15-20 minutes and then add cream to it.
  5. Again whisk well and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Serve the tikka masala with special naan, chapati, or bread as it tastes fabulous with any of these pairings.
