- 5 tablespoon apricot jam

- 200 ml Oil
For Glaze
- 200-gram chocolate
- 5 tablespoon Oil
Method to Make The Solo Poppy Seed Cake
Take a glass bowl on the shelf and break eggs into the clean bowl.
Then bring the measured quantity of sugar and add this sugar to the eggs in the bowl.
Use an electric beater to mix the two of these ingredients. A thick blend will be formed as a result.
In the consistent egg and sugar batter, pour some olive oil.
Pour the fresh milk you have brought from the dairy or you can also buy it from the nearest local store. Blend again.
Then bring the grounded poppy seeds and add them to the batter. After blending it well, bring the vanilla extract and add it to the batter.
Then bring the flour and add the flour into the batter. Mix it well and the batter will get thickened. Add baking powder to it.
After preparing the baking pan pour the poppy seeds mixture into the pan.
Bake for more than half an hour about 45 minutes and the temperature for it should be 340 degrees. Once baked and riced, take it out of the oven.
Bring the apricot jam and coat it at the top of the cake.
Then in a pot add the chocolate and pour oil into it. Melt the chocolate by heating it.
Pour the chocolate glaze into the baked cake.
