  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 (6-ounce) cans of tomato paste
  • 2 cups dried wine (optional)
  • 4 large sized tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. Take a large-sized pot and pour olive oil into it. Once the oil is heated to the required temperature, add garlic to it and stir fry it.
  2. Add the grounded beef into the stir-fried and browned garlic and also add onions at the same time. Tomatoes should also be added at this point.
  3. Thinly dice the green peppers and spread them into the beef.
  4. You need fully browned beef so fry until the required color is gained. In the meantime, the onions will also get enough softened.
