INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 5 oz plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

Method to make a yummy Smoothie

  1. You first need an electric blender to make a yummy and delicious smoothie without any chunks in it.
  2. Firstly pour the milk into the blender and add strawberries to it. As the strawberries are frozen give them a good blend separately without adding any other ingredient.
  3. Once the strawberries get enough blended, then add the bananas to your milk. Bananas will get blended in very little time.
  4. After a few seconds pour the yogurt into the milk. To make a sweet and yum smoothie add the honey to it. Shake well once again.
  5. Your smoothie is ready to serve.
  6. Bring the serving glass, add some ice cubes, drizzle chocolate syrup on the walls of the glass and pour the smoothie into it.  Put in a straw and serve!

Can we use any other sort of milk?

Yes, you can use any kind of milk you like to have in your smoothie. You can use cow milk or oat milk. You can even use almond milk and soy milk.

Should we add ripe bananas only?

Yes, only ripened bananas should be blended into the smoothie milk. Do not use green or unripe bananas as they will not develop the taste of a smoothie.

Is it necessary to use frozen strawberries?

No, it is not a compulsion to use frozen strawberries. You can use the fresh ones as these will give more good color and flavor to the smoothie.
