  • 1 pound elbow macaroni

How to make Delicious Harvey Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

  1. Take a small saucepan and heat butter in it.
  2. Take bread in a bowl and pour this butter into this bowl. Toss it well and set it aside.
  3. Heat milk in a skillet. Add flour in the heated butter in a separate saucepan. Whisk for 2 minutes or more.
  4. While whisking, add in hot milk. Wait until the milk sizzles and the mixture becomes thick.
  5. Turn the heat off. For the rest of the ingredients stir in salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper. Also, add in cheese of all kinds including cheddar cheese and Gruyere cheese.
  6. Pour water in another large saucepan. Cook macaroni in it for a few minutes. Transfer this macaroni to a separate bowl. Rinse and drain well.
  7. Stir this macaroni in the cheese sauce.
  8. Add this mixture to the greased baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and then bread crumbs at the top.
