FAQs?

Can we skip the addition of heavy cream?

In case you don’t like to add cream, you can skip it. But in this case, there are chances that your turkey dries out as the cream keeps it moist, and also the sauce does not taste the same without cream.

Is covering the turkey with foil necessary?

Covering the turkey with foil while cooking keeps the moisture locked inside and prevents it from drying out. So, I mostly prefer to cook it covered with foil and suggest you do the same.
